Booking & Payment
When you book a room at AP Tourism Hotel – HARITHA, you agree to provide accurate information and make full payment for the accommodation. Payment is required as per the booking policy, and we accept various methods of payment, including credit/debit cards and online payment systems.

Check-in/Check-out

• Check-in Time: 2:00 PM (early check-in is subject to availability)
• Check-out Time: 12:00 PM (late check-out may be arranged with prior notice)
  Any request for early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation: Cancellations made 72 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Late Cancellation or No-Show: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to check-in or no-shows may result in a charge for one night’s stay.

Behavioral Expectations
Guests are expected to respect the hotel’s policies and other guests during their stay. Unacceptable behavior, including noise disturbances or damage to property, may result in the termination of your stay without a refund.

Indemnity
By using our services and booking a stay, you agree to indemnify and hold AP Tourism Hotel – HARITHA, its affiliates, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use of the website or our hotel services.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes or claims arising from the use of this website or services will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Andhra Pradesh.
